Passionate about media and events, Anjani’s exposure in B2B conferences runs wide and deep. A graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. Anjani has over 20 years of progressive experience in managing and driving global marketing initiatives for a wide range of B2B events – Conferences, CXO roundtables, Exhibitions, Seminars and tradeshows in the Telecom, manufacturing, & IT industry. Anjani has refined business acumen and holds exemplary people skills. Prior to founding NexGen Conferences, he led the marketing efforts for Cerebral Business Research, one of country’s leading Events Company in the B2B space. He loves traveling, watching cricket and meetings new people. In addition, he has also traveled worldwide to gain knowledge and international exposure

Nidhi Taneja

AVP – Marketing

Nidhi has been a strategy expert, event manager, language consultant and sales and marketing manager with companies such as Cerebral business research and The Claridges Hotel. She brings over 13 years of industry experience in conferences and exhibitions sector and has a great connect with the stakeholders of the telecom and IT industry.

A young and dynamic business manager, nidhi is fond of travelling for both business and leisure. Nidhi’s international work exposure in countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Srilanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Switzerland and Spain has helped her build diverse perspectives of managing events and exhibitions.

she is well versed in mandarin chinese and heads marketing at nexgen conferences.

Amar Gutta

Regional Head (West)

Amar has been a key member of the company success. He has more than 23 years of comprehensive experience from product conceptualization to delivery, Start-up Enthusiast with special interests in kick-starting new projects and initiatives, Product Management, Managing and building teams.

He has substantial experience in Telecom based services for Enterprise in corporate stints. He has served in a regional position as Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific for MNC’s such as Cisco Systems, Tata Communications, Data Access and Sify. He has also been a key member for India region for Metro Ethernet Forum from 2011-2013. His expertise is in building strong teams that deliver results, strategic planning, management and design of distribution channels, marketing and product management, merchandising & brand promotion programs. He has with Nexgen Conferences since its inception.

Raj Kumar Gaur

General Manager – Finance & Operations

Rajkumar joined Nexgen Conferences in 2015, he is responsible for the all accounts & operations related activities for the company. He has done BCom from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounts & operations department. Before Nexgen, he has worked with Usha Electronics, Lopamudra Techno Export, RC Kapoor & Co & Yugaanshu Promoters & Developers (India) on senior position. He has also completed MCom from Delhi University in year 1999.

Krishna Mahanta

Creative Manager

Krishna has more than 8 Plus years of experience in software and web development, graphic designing. Before Nexgen,He has worked with 5 Private Limited company. He has done BCA and MCA from Biju Patnaik University, Bhubaneswar. He likes most challenging environment where his skill can judged where he gets ample opportunities to learn and to contribute to the organization.

Imtiyaz Alam

Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing

Imtiyaz Alam has joined Nexgen Conferences team in September 2021. He has been out of India for almost 8 years serving in Gulf countries. He has worked with Gulf companies for 9 years in the field of Marketing & HR department. His rich & extensive experience in Gulf Countries helped him to build his career in the field of marketing & HR. He has been consistent performer and a self starter with strong track record of exceeding target and service benchmarks YOY. He has moved to India in March 2021 and wanted to work with Indian event Management Company to pursue his career. Imtiyaz Alam love travelling & playing cricket during the personal time.
